Legal basis for processing personal data

As part of an Interreg project, one of the tasks contractually agreed upon with Interreg Germany-Danmark is to inform project and network partners, external interested parties and the general public about the contents and results of the project. For this purpose, we operate this website access-platform.eu.
The processing of the data collected on these pages for the aforementioned purposes is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data in order to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures. Additionally, the processing of your data in connection with the sending of newsletters and mailings (see below for details) is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1a) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data if you, as the affected party, have given your consent to the processing of the personal data concerning you for one or more specific purposes.

What personal data does the provider collect and why?

This website is hosted by provider One.com and is created and maintained by WordPress. When visiting a site, server log files are created by the provider. These log files and the therein contained personal data are necessary to be able to sustain server operation or to analyse and shut down harmful activities.
The only personal data One.com collects from you as a visitor is the IP-address. This IP address is stored by the provider in the access and error log files of the web server for 30 days.
In addition, the provider automatically collects and stores the following data, which are not personally identifiable and do not allow any indication of the identity of the user:

  • Type and version of web browser
  • Utilised operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

The design of our webpages access-platform.eu as well as graphics, images and texts are protected. Specific images were bought at Colourbox and they are as well protected and it is therefore not allowed to copy them for publications.

Google Web Fonts

The theme of the ACCESS Platform uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers.

You decide what information you provide us via the contact form. We use the data to proceed with your request. We may contact you via the data provided.
